Santa Magic Call & Tracker (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application, Santa Magic Call & Tracker (the “App”). The App provides family-friendly features such as simulated Santa calls and a fictional Santa tracker map. We designed the App to operate without collecting personal information from users. Advertising within the App is served via Google AdMob, and the map is provided by Apple MapKit; details appear below.

Key point: We do not require accounts or logins, we do not request or store your precise location, and we do not directly collect personal data such as name, email, or IP address. Limited, non-personal data may be processed by AdMob to deliver and measure ads.

6.1 Google AdMob

We use AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use identifiers and limited signals to provide, personalize (where allowed), and measure ads. On iOS, Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework and SKAdNetwork may govern what ad data is accessible to AdMob and partners. You can opt out of personalized ads using Apple’s settings (see Managing Preferences).

6.2 Apple MapKit

We use MapKit only to render a fictional Santa location. We do not request “When In Use” or “Always” location permissions and do not store user location.

6.3 Links to Other Sites

The App may provide links to external websites (e.g., our Terms or Support). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties. Please review their policies.

7.1 GDPR (EU/EEA/UK)

Where AdMob processes limited data within the EEA/UK, the legal basis may include legitimate interests and/or consent (as applicable under Apple’s ATT prompts and any consent dialogs). We do not ourselves process personal data as a controller.

7.2 CCPA/CPRA (California)

We do not sell personal information. If AdMob’s processing is considered a “sale” or “sharing” under CPRA, it is limited to ad delivery/measurement under Google’s policies and platform restrictions. Users can manage ad preferences in iOS settings.

7.3 COPPA (Children in the U.S.)

The App is family-friendly and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Ad experiences are intended to be appropriate for a general audience.
