Thank you for using Vmate Music Player. By accessing or using our app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Basic Terms

You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.
You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., files, playlists, metadata, artwork) you upload, submit, or display through the app.
You must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized activities. International users must comply with local laws.
You must not copy or create derivative versions of this app or falsely associate third-party software with Vmate.
You may not distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional content through the app.
You must not transmit viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
You must not violate any applicable laws while using the app.

Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2. General Conditions

We may modify or terminate the app or service at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.
We may remove accounts or content that we determine violates our policies or applicable laws.
You agree that Vmate Music Player may aggregate and use non-personally identifiable data from your usage for improvements and analytics.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are subject to legal or trademark claims.

3. Prohibited Behavior

Upload or share harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent).
Send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertisements.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Violate any app rules, policies, or applicable laws.

4. Refund Policy

For purchases made via the App Store, Vmate Music Player cannot issue refunds. You must contact Apple directly.
Subscriptions may auto-renew. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel renewals through the App Store. No refunds will be issued for renewal periods already charged.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content and assets (images, videos, audio, text) are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. All rights, title, and interest in the app remain the property of Loxavo Studios and its licensors.

You may not use our logo, branding, or design assets without written permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
